東京都多摩市を拠点とする、クラフトビールブランド『Bierernst(ビアエアンスト)』。

オーナーの市川格さんが、ヘアサロン『TAMA tumuji WERKS.』、カフェ『PALAR』を営んできたこの場所に、彼のビール好きが高じて、1年前よりクラフトビールの醸造所が備わった。ここでは常時、オリジナルのビールをタップで味わうことができる。現在は、レストランのオリジナルビールの開発もおこなうなど、サロンワーク以上にビールづくりに没頭しているのだとか。

ゆるやかなシルエットで快適な着心地でありながらも、リラックスウェアとは決して言いたくない。ラインや素材など細部にわたるこだわりが、纏った瞬間に自分らしいスタイルを表現してくれる服。

vol.1 Kaku Ichikawa / Brewer

Bierernst is a craft beer brand based in Tama City, Tokyo.

This is the very space where owner Kaku Ichikawa has long operated both his hair salon, TAMA tumuji WERKS., and café, PALAR. His deep love for beer eventually led him to install a brewery here a year ago. Today, original beers are always available on tap. Lately, he’s been so immersed in beer-making—developing custom brews for restaurants and more—that it’s said his brewing work now outpaces his time behind the salon chair.

Relaxed in silhouette and effortless to wear, yet far from being labeled loungewear. This is clothing where attention to detail—from the lines to the fabric—allows you to express your individuality the moment you put it on.

From brewing beer and conducting research to continuing his salon work, Ichikawa’s days are a vibrant mix of inquiry and hands-on creation. And in the midst of that energetic, joyful rhythm, URU’s cupro gently moves with him.
