東京・渋谷区に拠点を置くブランドコンサルティング会社、ビーズアンドハニー（B&H）。アートディレクター、デザイナー、ディレクターを中心にメンバーが構成され、プロジェクトに応じて専門家やパートナーと協働し、戦略やデザインを提供している。設立から15年、戦略設計、CI設計、理念設計、建築や内装、映像や写真、編集と広報、プロダクトやパッケージ、グラフィック、デジタル領域のデザイン……と、彼らが手がけるブランドデザインの領域は、実に多岐にわたる。そのなかで一貫しているのは、クライアントの主義と彼らの美意識を調和させながら、本当に必要なデザインを導き出すこと。その哲学が軸にあるからこそ、多様な表現の広がりにもB&Hらしさが息づいている。

そんなコメントが飛び交ったこの日。場所や時間に寄らないワークスタイルにつき、一堂に顔を合わせるのは久しぶりだという。常時ラップトップと向き合いながら、仕事のことから最近気になること、他愛もないことまで自然と会話は流れ、弾む。そんな彼ら一人ひとりが自分のスタイルに合わせて選んだシャツ。個の魅力を引き立てながら、豊富なバリエーションがチームを形づくる。1枚のシャツにも哲学が詰まっている。

In the heart of Shibuya, Tokyo, sits Bees & Honey (B&H) — a brand consulting firm that brings together art directors, designers, and directors, collaborating fluidly with specialists and partners depending on the project. Their work spans strategy and concept development, corporate identity, architecture and interiors, film, photography, editorial direction, and digital design — a multidisciplinary practice shaped by curiosity and precision.

For fifteen years, B&H has built brands not through surface aesthetics, but by uncovering what truly matters. Their approach balances a client’s philosophy with their own refined sense of beauty, creating designs that feel both essential and inevitable.
